Northeast Shader

This machine is primarily the same as our Coastal Regular Swing Gate machine except the side arm is slightly longer and pitched forward. This extends the front binding post and contact screw further, lengthening the stroke and making it function more effectively and efficiently at slower speeds. Our Northeast machines also come in both lightweight aircraft aluminum and heavy duty brass.

This machine is a copy of the Percy Waters machine of the 1920's with some modern improvements. Highlights include: A precision cast frame from low carbon steel, modern collet type quick change tube vise with a stainless steel sleeve and 10 wrap coils with electromagnetic iron cores. Made for lining or shading, a special armature bar allows for a long back spring, a set back front spring and extra long contact screws.
